Saruman the White is the leader of the Order of Wizards and the most learned in the ways of the Enemy. Now he would dare rise and take even Sauron's crown, but the truth is that his soul is already in thrall to the evil lord. Nevertheless, Saruman is a powerful Wizard and just the sound of his voice can halt entire armies in their path. Gríma is the treacherous counsellor of King Théoden of Rohan. Unknown to the King, Gríma is secretly in league with Saruman and has been using every means at his disposal to turn Théoden's mind against his allies. Gríma is a cunning and persuasive advisor, though be warned, for his words are poison.
