WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

All orders containing Pre-Order products will be held until the release/arrival of all items in that order.

Should you wish to split your order into multiple shipments, it will require an additional $11.99 shipping charge if the items being sent do not meet the free shipping threshold.

PRE-ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation of Pre-Orders will incur a 20% processing fee calculated based on total order value.

PRE-ORDER PRICE GUARANTEE

If we lower the price of a Pre-Order product before its release date you will be refunded the difference back to your original payment method. If we raise the price of a Pre-Order product, the cost to you will not change.

Price adjustments at the distribution level may require us to contact you regarding a price increase - should you not wish to pay the increased price we will gladly offer a full refund. This is an incredibly rare circumstance and will gladly work with you to find a solution that works for both parties.
